Airlines are always trying to do better than their competition, so we asked an expert to tell us which companies deserve credit for their impressive features. Although it may be hard for companies to lower their prices, they work on improving the quality and efficiency to keep loyal customers. Lets ask what some companies have that make them very unique.
Q: Hello, we were wondering what company really cares about the customers and really goes above and beyond to do so?

A: In my opinion, Cathaway Pacific cares the most about their customers. Last year they won an award for "The Best Crew Members" by a very large margin. I think that this company puts extra effort in to make sure the people they hire for crew members are top quality.
Q: Another Question, we learned that almost half of the travel is business involved. So what airline do you think gives the best comfort for businessmen and women? I'm sure a lot of people would love to know the answer to this question.
A: I gotta say its a split tie. I have seen this two companies really push towards helping the business end spectrum of flyers. Ethiad airlines has been the #1 First Class Quality Airline for several years but New Zealand Air is right with them. They got the best business class quality award which is believe it or not, separate from the other award. But these companies really exemplify the importance of caring for the business class.
Q: Alright our last question. Which Airline would you say has the best overall satisfaction rate and best overall quality?
A: Emirates Air. Why? They have the highest average quality performance and satisfaction rates all the way around. From low prices to great customer satisfaction, this is a company you would want to copy if you ever wanted to started an airline.
