The Lucky Draw

Everyone knows the classic saying that what you put in, you will get out. That theory has been applied to success, because the thought that how much work you put in, the more you will receive out of it. Though one aspect that a CNN news article made me consider, was the chance of luck. It dives into the thought that even though it is not the defining factor it has played into many successful peoples life. Then there are others that believe that it is that those who are successful are working harder than everyone else.

There are millions of people who work 60 hours a week and find no economic success. Is this because they are not working hard enough still or that they haven't been struck with the luck to excel up the economic ladder. So how do you differentiate those who truly worked their way to success or were just the lucky ones?
